Pay Dues Online

You may pay your dues either by check, made payable to Stepping Stones at Copper Ridge and mailed to PO Box 52348, Phoenix, AZ 85072-2348. Or by e-check through First Citizens Bank, (link above), or Enumerate Engage, (link can be found on the homepage). 

To create an account with First Citizens Bank to pay your dues, follow the steps below:
 

1. Visit the link above and click "Sign Up" to create an account.
2. Fill in your name, email and phone number and click "Next".
3. Provide the following information:
   1. Management Company ID: 5557
   2. Association ID: 07
   3. Property Account Number: PROPERTY ADDRESS 
      1. Your account number can also be found on your payment coupons.
   4. Your billing address.
4. Click "Register Property".
5. Add a checking account by clicking "Wallet" on the top-right of the page.
6. To make a payment, click "Properties" on the top-right of the page.
