Pay HOA Dues
As of January 1, 2024, the monthly assessment for all units is $310.00
You may pay your dues either by check, made payable to Stepping Stones at Copper Ridge and mailed to PO Box 52348, Phoenix, AZ 85072-2348. Or by e-check through First Citizens Bank, formerly known as CIT property pay (link above).
To create an account with First Citizens Bank to pay your dues, follow the steps below:
- Visit the link above and click "Sign Up" to create an account.
- Fill in your name, email and phone number and click "Next".
- Provide the following information:
- Management Company ID: 5557
- Association ID: 07
- Property Account Number: PROPERTY ADDRESS
- Your account number can also be found on your payment coupons.
- Your billing address.
- Click "Register Property".
- Add a checking account by clicking "Wallet" on the top-right of the page.
- To make a payment, click "Properties" on the top-right of the page.
